30 Day Store Credit

Our customers' entire satisfaction is our main priority! If you're not completely happy with your purchase within the first 30 days after receiving your items, just contact us at support@mintandmohair.com. We will issue you store credit when your purchase is successfully returned back to us.
Please note: only store credit will be given for returned items, no refund of payment.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit.

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (this can be an original order number or the printable slips that our team will send you after you contact them to initiate the return).
We must receive your return within 30 days from the day your return is approved by our team. 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) which include any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. We will gladly replace defective items, items that arrived not as described and will replace products that do not have confirmed delivery through USPS to shipping address. 
We are not responsible for lost or stollen packages that were confirmed delivered by USPS. We suggest filing a missing package report with USPS if this is the case. We are not responsible for address error made by customers when placing the order. If an order has been processed, we cannot change the address. 

Do not initiate a return if you have not received your products. Your return request will be denied. Instead, contact Support@mintandmohair.com

Return #s will be provided by our team upon approval of your return and they are required for every single item in your return. If you do not include your Return number(s) inside your package, you are not eligible for a refund. Mint & Mohair is not responsible for returning merchandise to you that is received without an Return number.Mint & Mohair is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit during a return shipment. This is the customers responsibility, so we suggest using a means of shipping with a tracking number. No returns will be accepted if they have been worn or washed. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe they are in violation of these requirements. If your return is denied, you will be required to pay returning postage if you would like the item(s) shipped back to you. By submitting your return, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Returning Your Order For Store Credit
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your returned package, it will be inspected & processed within 3-6 business days.
