How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $40. Any order under $40 will be charged a $4.90 flat fee for shipping and handling.

How long will my order take to ship?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 4 days of being placed. We do our best to expedite all orders. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking email notification so you can follow your package all the way to your door. Arrival of your order can take up to 22 days after the items have shipped; however, a typical order usually takes 14 days to be delivered.

Where will my order come from?
We spend hours sourcing the very best baby and children room decor items to curate them for you at the most affordable prices. Some items will ship from our HQ in California and some others will ship directly from the country of the artists (Europe, Asia...). This helps reduce our costs so we are able to pass these savings onto you.
How can I track my order?
We've made it super easy for you to track your order by setting up an automated tracking system that will notify you that your item has shipped. You will then be notified when your item is out for delivery. You can also use our website directly to track your package HERE.

Why did I only receive part of my order?
Items will occasionally ship separately at no additional cost. Each package will be assigned a tracking code and you will be notified via our automated tracking system if this is the case for your order.
